A: All our products are customized, so we need your help to give us below details so that we could calculate the best offer for you:
-What’s the size of the packaging that you need? Or your product size?

Q: Can I get free sample from you ?
A: You could get free sample as per below:
-our existing sample, we could send you our existing sample for quality testing, but you need to afford the freight cost.
-If you place an order to us and the amount is above 10000usd, we can customized free sample (not including the extra special cost such as Mould cost) for future project development.
Q: Does the sample cost refunded after order confirmed?
A: All sample cost not included the sample delivery cost can be fully refunded once order amount is added up to usd$10000. If the order amout is less than USD$5000, only can refund half of the sample cost.
Q: What is minimum quanity?
A: Our MOQ is 1000pcs each item, but sometimes we offer less than this for clients to start up business.
Q:What is price for 100/ 200 quantity ,1000 prices is too high for us to start
A: We are sorry that since all our products are OEM, which made our MOQ have to be 1000pcs, if not, then it will not be Win-win bussiness (you will pay for far more than what you expected for small qtys and we do not have profit), as we knew the bussiness ethics is Win-win bussiness, hope you could understand.
May we know that why you only need 100pcs for start, Is it because of the budget? If yes, we can 100% sure that 100pcs cost will be almost the same as 1000pcs amount, so which is really not cost-efficient for you, or Is it because you do not have the warehouse to storage, if yes, you can order 1000pcs at first, then we can ship the qtys you need now and keep the remainning in your warehouse until you need.
Q: Can you make the packaging as per my design?
A: Of course, all our products are customized, so far we helped our customer to make more than 3000 different products, we can customized as per your request, such as Size, color, content, logo finishing etc.
Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are family owned factory, our factory started by our Boss’s uncle at 2003 with domestic bussiness, and he have our boss to handle the all bussiness from 2012, so our boss uncle is focus on production and our boss is focus on Sales (but all worker in our factory are not our family membee), and our factory is not in the same place as the factory, the reason as below:
-Sales office is in the area which is close to the central of the city, it can help us better to hire the skilled salesman.
-Factory is in the remote area of city, which can save the rent cost, then it can help you to save cost as well.

A: All custom tubes require a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipping.

Q: What’s your production turn around time / lead time?
A: Normally, lead time for customized sample is about 5-7 days(not included holidays), for mass production is about 20-25 days(not included holidays), kindly noted on this first.

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.

A: We will refund the bad tubes money to you, and have this money keep for the next order amount. We will remake the bad quality together with the next order.
